Terms for using the Gorilla Business website, contacting the operator and requesting a proposal for digital and creative business services.

Email: ceo@gorilla-business.net; phone: +420 603 960 199. These terms cover browsing the website and making enquiries. They are not a complete commercial services contract.
Information and proposals
Descriptions, examples, timelines and indicative results explain our services. They are not a binding offer or a promise of a particular commercial outcome. Sending a form, preparing an email draft or discussing a project does not by itself create a paid order. Scope, price, VAT treatment, payment, delivery, revisions, acceptance, cancellation and intellectual property rights for a project are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract.
Using the website
Provide information you are authorised to share. Do not misuse forms, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website or infringe another person’s rights. Please do not send confidential credentials or sensitive personal information through an enquiry.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, branding, illustrations, video, code and other materials are protected by the applicable intellectual property rights. You may view the site and share links. Reuse beyond what the law permits requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Third-party trademarks and portfolio materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Project deliverable rights are agreed in the project contract.
External services
Email, Telegram, WhatsApp and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. Following a link or sending a message involves that service. Links do not constitute a guarantee of external content or availability.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the website functioning, but errors or interruptions may occur. Contact us if something appears wrong. Any responsibility for loss is determined by applicable law and any separate contract; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy and optional tracking
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. The Cookie policy and Cookie settings govern optional analytics and advertising choices. Using the website does not mean accepting optional tracking or marketing communications.
Applicable law, enquiries and changes
Czech law applies to the extent permitted by mandatory law, including any mandatory protections applicable to a consumer. Please first contact ceo@gorilla-business.net about a concern so we can try to resolve it. Jurisdiction follows the applicable law; no exclusive venue is imposed on consumers here. We may update these website terms prospectively. Project contracts are changed only as provided in the relevant contract or by agreement.
